Huel Complete Protein is the world’s first nutritionally complete vegan protein powder. It is made from high-quality, animal-free ingredients and is also naturally gluten-free and sugar-free.

We’re currently in the process of updating our Complete Protein recipe. We’ve removed Hemp protein and replaced it with brown rice protein. Rest assured, the nutritional value and taste remain the same. A 29-g serving still delivers 20g of protein with a balanced, plant-based blend of pea, brown rice, and fava bean protein—providing you with all the essential building blocks your body needs.

Huel complete protein is a blend of three plant-based proteins that give a complete amino acid profile. Each serving (29g) contains 20g of protein and 105 calories. Unlike most Huel products, Complete Protein isn't a meal – it's a protein powder. Each serving contains 105 calories (vs. 400 calories for both Powder v3.1 and Black Edition) and is packed full of the good stuff your body needs to thrive, as well as high-quality, plant-based protein. Complete Protein offers the highest protein concentration per cal of all Huel products.

Our Complete Protein only contains plant-based proteins. Research has shown that plant-based foods cause fewer adverse environmental effects per unit of weight, serving, energy, and protein weight than animal-sourced foods such as whey protein in terms of greenhouse gas emissions, land use, energy use, acidification, and water pollution.

How do I make it?

It's super easy. Just follow these simple steps:

• Add 10oz of water to your shaker

• Add one scoop of Complete Protein (29g)

• Shake hard for 10 seconds

How many scoops do I need?

One scoop (29g) = 20g protein = 105 calories

If you are a new customer, your starter kit will include a free Huel Shaker and scoop.

Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 6 business days. However, some deliveries may take longer due to additional safety measures at our fulfillment center and delays in carrier transportation.
